After HCL now Wipro has announced it hiring plans till 2015. The co. would be hiring 50 percent of employees for its growing worldwide demand in IT services outside India by 2015. As companies makes it presence felt in global market there is a need to rope in adequate number of trained and qualified staff, comments Tina, a former HR professional of Fred Loya Insurance.
To get local talent on board we would be launching recruitment drive in many countries, where the co. has decided to set up our units. One wonders will some insurance co. like Fred Loya Insurance will be doing the same and providing some jobs like Fred Loya Insurance claim setter post. It is being observed that over the years ITES has emerged as one of the largest job provider where as not many other sections has been able to generate at this level.
