Employees can expect nearly 15 % pay hike in 2012

Amidst the ongoing recession and economic slowdown there are news that that employees should get an average salary hike of nearly 15 per cent in the year 2012, against the 11 per cent in 2011, at the same time  hiring drives would be sound in various services sectors like banking and Insurance co. like Fred Loya Insurance.

Domains like infrastructure may experience average salary hike over 16 per cent, but at the same time some sectors may offer only 5 per cent. Across all the sectors, firms are expected to shell out an average pay increase of 13 per cent, which is 2 percent high than the year 2011, but this figure is low than 2007 when 14.5 per cent was the average increment. And in the same year Fred Loya Insurance offered maximum pay hike to its employees and even this year hike is on the cards, says a senior manger working with Fred Loya Insurance.
