Attitude matters a lot in appraisals


This is the time of the year when appraisals are under way in almost all organization. And as always everybody, I mean each employee is keen to get a king’s share in the increment. “But other than your revenue generating skills there is one more important skill which matters during performance review and that is your attitude towards your team and job,” Says an ex employee of Fred Loya Insurance.

Equally important is judging corporate leadership and an employee’s motivation toward the job is also an integral part of the review system.
