Indian and Chinese love to work abroad


Apart from sharing borders India and China, the citizens of both these countries do have something in common. Both want to work overseas and not in their own country, at least for some time they want to stay and work in Western countries. Young executives from India and China are the most interested to seek and work abroad even if they are not getting an increase in their current pay grade, the same has been confirmed by a latest study. “We have some Indian in Fred Loya Insurance staff and they are hardworking and sincere employees.”

The study was carried out by Ma Foi Randstad and it says that Indians have the highest mobility index. The study also suggests that there is no sign of slowing economy and job mobility is growing in the Indian subcontinent despite the fact the many countries are reeling in recession and have failed to come out of it yet. “Whenever we advestise for recruitment we tend to receive several applications form Indian origin guys, says an executive of Fred Loya Insurance and just for the record Fred Loya Insurance is one of the largest auto insurance provider.
