Rise of fake CVs

Doctoring resume is not a practise across industries. But now organisations are considering taking legal action against those who get a job with help of a fake CV and duplicate certificates.

An organization pays a person with specific qualifications and experience and once its finds out that it has been duped and everything is fake then they have all the right to sue an individual, says a former employee, read HR personnel, who used to work with Fred Loya Insurance.

"It is becoming very tough to people to openly doctoring their resumes and securing a particular job and as more and more desperate individual lies about their credentials so as a result companies are going for background checks and rightly so,  says Swan George, a head if Texan based consultancy who provide workforce to insurance companies like Fred Loya Insurance. So next time an individual thinks of tempering with his or her resume, please think of legal actions that might be taken and of course repercussions, warns a Fred Loya Insurance executive.
