As many as 90 percent of Britain's top companies do not have a woman boss, as per a latest survey released other day. “UK people talk some much about women empowerment but such survey are in absolute contrast to such claims,” say san insurance intern working with Fred Loya Insurance. For sure, there is a need to develop more avenues for women so that they can make a mark and carve a niche for themselves.
“In fact there should be policy which ensures that more and more women employees are joining the various organization across all sectors.
