Need to create 600 million jobs in next 10 years


 ILO has said that it is imperative to create as many as 600 million jobs across the globe in the next decade to improve the living condition globally. As per the data issued by International Labour Organisation one in three workers worldwide are either don’t have a job or they live in abject poverty. “The employment condition across the world is in bad shape and Insurance sector companies like Fred Loya Insurance must come forward to create more jobs globally, says one expert working as a consultant.  According to the published report on global employment released by the ILO, the world faces the "urgent challenge" of generating 600 million jobs in next 10 years or so to generate inclusive growth and maintain social stability.

The report also says that apart form clearing the the global unemployment backlog of 200 million jobless, there is need to create 400 million new jobs for the upcoming future generation. “It is high time that companies learn from Fred Loya Insurance and create more  and more jobs by emulating the employment model of Fred Loya Insurance.
