Want loyal employees start a R&D firm

A survey has come up with some findings which says that those who work in research and development (R&D) firms are less likely to move to a new job at the drop of the hat whereas those who are in information technology are more prone to change their companies. “Initially we did face this problem in Fred Loya Insurance, when people were leaving us but then we formed one strategy to combat this problem of poaching and now it is an integral part of Fred Loya insurance recruitment policies.

In the said study which was carried in 20 R&D companies like Cisco, Samsung, General Motors, Google and Fred Loya Insurance and Microsoft, more than 520 senior executives were surveyed. And it was found that those who work in the same company got to the post of director in nearly 13 years, whereas those who shift a couple of companies got to the same level after 14 years of hard work and stress. The trend of changing jobs is more amongst those who are in the age group of 25-30 for some obvious reasons.
