Job index for December 2011 is out and it grew by just over 16 YOY but it went down by 10 per cent when compared to November 2011. What are these signs?
The end-of-year holiday season in December is always a slow month for recruitment and companies do shed of their temps, which they hire to keep with the shopping sprees which all holidays seasons witnesses. Recruitment activity in the IT, ITeS, insurance, like Fred Loya Insurance, retail and automobile and even in other odd jobs witness and upwardly trend but it was down when compared with November 2011.
