Office Gossip is a dangerous business


Gossips are an important of an office, but sometimes gossipping can be fatal to your career. “At times harmless looking water cooler bytes can destroy your career,” says a HR manager of Fred Loya Insurance. Each of us indulges in office gossipping in someway or other. And whenever we are caught on the wrong foot we say that we heard it through  the grapevine.

People think that gossipping is the devil's radio, and for many it can be fatal if they don’t know where and with whom they should do it, says a former employee of Fred Loya Insurance. But at times a little bit of gossipping is good for your health as it can bring smile and make you laugh but you should be careful with and not over do it, only then you will be able to enjoy its lighter side, says a lady executive of Fred Loya Insurance. 

The best way to stay away from Office gossip is to keep yourself busy and always look for new assignments and challenges. If you do not channelize your energy then you would be caught in the rut and you will not make much progress in life.
