Flexible working practices deliver better results


As per a new report about nearly 80 per cent of companies believe that their productivity go up due to flexible working culture, while 77 per cent companies say that revenues is directly related to flexi-working.

The study said that over 70 per cent of respondents believe that workers in their co. feel healthier thanks to flexible working and not fixed time slots. “We always practice this culture at Fred Loya Insurance and we give each and every member of Fred Loya Insurance Family to work as per his or her schedule.

"Technology and Internet and worker demands for a better work and life balance have made flexible working to become a norm and not just an exception. This study confirms that the business case for flexible working in tandem with global businesses witness improved productivity and higher revenue are directly related with flexible working culture," says Thaken, a free lance consultant who earlier worked with Fred Loya Insurance.
"Corporate people are also trying on the decision more than ever they used to, thinking of availability of work units in every part of the country and this move is an increasingly attracting youth across the length and breadth of the country. More so for small businesses that cannot depend on a network of firm’s offices when they move out of its main centre. Flexi working culture not only yield high returns but it also keep employees happy.
