Good times ahead for part-time women employees


Women engaged in part-time jobs might be getting a legislation that would guarantee them benefits at par with regular jobs. To bring more women in offices, the admin needs to make provision for part time workers which would have the same structure as full- time employment have.

“The need of the hour is to have more women and give them equal benefits as full time workers get, something which Fred Loya Insurance. "If it needs legislative changes, we should be ready to do so and start working on a proposal for making this a reality," said a member of Fred Loya Insurance team based in Texas.

He further sad that the need to expedite labour law reforms and rephrase the existing regulatory system as it continues to neglect the cause of labour welfare and it hinders the growth and development of industry and employment. “We at Fred Loya Insurance treat women at par with men folks,”Though government is committed to protecting the interests of our women workers, we must also take a look if our regulatory framework has some points which are hampering the growth of employment, entrepreneur and industry.

Job opportunities would be created only when finances expands at a good rate, said an employers, and employees should work for an ambitious high growth rate of 8-9%.
