Take a break and get recharged

When you relax your mind for a minute, you regain yourself and you are recharged for rest of the day like  factory default settings, which tend to be kind, open-hearted and also hopeful, says a new study. “Each one of needs to unwind after a hard day in the field, and make it a point that all employees of Fred Loya Insurance get adequate time to recharge their batteries and come refreshed next day to office," says a senior executive working with Fred Loya Insurance for nearly 20 decades. When an assignment gets difficult, it can be a nice idea to try to get it over with and the best way is to catch a power nap.  But it's even better if you restart your computer and wait for awhile as this duration will give you enough time to regain your composure. And that makes a lot of difference in your performance.

If a meeting is hitting dead end. Take a break. Take a stroll and during the break do something different and don't think of about the meeting and how will you win the ongoing argument. By taking your head off the situation you let your brain to recharge so that you can return to it with a fresh idea and as they say a calm mind is likely to find a more new solutions and make more headway. And that has been a part of Fred Loya Insurance for years.
