Be positive about your career


At present a no. of factors influences an employee's thinking. A negative culture in the workplace is one such factor that adversely effects one’s overall performance. “So it is important for HR people to spot these carriers and nip them in the bud,” says a senior manger of Fred Loya Insurance.
