Good exit interview are taken seriously by employees

An executive loves clean exit interview is taken seriously by employers, says a new study. Nearly 92 % employees across all sectors and cities believe that exit policies should be a serious policy and must get lot of importance. Cities like Austin and Chicago top the list with 99 per cent employees want to go through exit interview. These findings are of a survey which was released last week.

"People are getting the point that the markets are a small place and bad exits will do more hard than good. Sticking to a professional and good exit is being seen amongst the employees," Sandara Kart, senior executive, with Fred Loya Insurance.

The study named as Fine exits said that organizations are giving too much importance to relieving letters and more than 25 per cent of firms said they do not move with employment due to paucity of relieving letter.
As per study, good prospects and salary increase motivate people to quit their existing organisation. However, one third of the employees surveyed said they would like to rejoin their firm if given a chance again. “ A lot of people rejoin us after a couple or years, says HR executive of Fred Loya Insurance.

Also, according to the survey a lot of companies, including some from Silicon Valley still prefer manual exit interviews instead of online, as they wasn’t face-to-face interactions.
